I am in Love, iPOD, coolest thing since TV.
I went to Costco today, and bought us a iPOD nano.
We have bought music from iTunes in the past and had a pretty good selection. And had down loaded all our CD's on the PC.
And then reading the iPOD info. can rent movies, books etc.
And all the free radio stations and stuff I am so excited can you tell?
My newest best FRIEND, NANO.
Yes and the Hubby likes it too. So maybe some day he will get one too. LOL

News Channels
Do any of you ever read the comments left on the News Channel articles?
Some of these People, really use there brains. (Not)
No common since anywhere, I read some of there comments and think to myself do they really drive? And could I maybe have met them on a Highway? (SCARY)
If ever you need a good laugh, look up your local News Channel. Read these Idiot's Comments. And shake your head.
And be glad that we can pick our friends. Crazy Stuff

I Hope You Like The Recipes
I hope you like the recipes, I have been putting on my Blog. (LET ME KNOW PLEASE)
I made the Moo Shu Noodles tonight, and it was really good, I also used button mushrooms instead. Once again Smiths didn't carry, shiitake mushrooms, and I already had fresh (button mushrooms.)
I am into learning to cook, better healthy meals. Whole Wheat Pasta, low Fat & Low Calorie, Meals.
And I have lost a few pounds in the last 3 weeks with diet.
I fix alot of Popcorn, 94%, butter free. Low Calorie. Great Munchie Satisfying snack.
And Sugar Free Chocolate Jello Pudding, with light Cool Whip, or Light Yogurt.
Fat Free Cream Cheese, on my Sandwiches replaces, Mayo or Salad Dressing. And tastes Great.
( Some Fat Free Foods, have more Calories then Light Foods. So depending on what your trying to cut Fat or Calories. May help you Decide on what works best for you. But I am also trying to Lower my Cholesterol with diet. I have been getting from the Deli Turkey Pastrami and use it for alot of different things. Sandwiches yes and also as a breakfast Protein with mushrooms, onions, salsa, scrambled with egg beaters. The egg beaters substitute has very few Calories, and no Cholesterol. Corn Tortillas also have fewer Calories then the Wheat but I will use fat free Cheddar Cheese and put a little on a Tortilla, add the egg beaters scramble and top with a little more cheese and heat till the Tortilla is crisp. (BREAKFAST PIZZA) yes.

Rachael Ray's Moo Shu Noodles
Moo Shu Noodles
Ingredients
Salt
1 12-ounce box egg fettuccine
( I used whole wheat fettuccine)
4 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil, divided
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 pound boneless pork chops, thinly sliced
Ground black pepper
1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced on the bias
( I used one bunch of Green Onions )
2 tablespoons ginger (about a 2-inch piece), peeled and grated
3 to 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated
1/2 pound shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and caps thinly sliced
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 small head Napa or Savoy cabbage, thinly sliced
(Smiths was out of Napa so I used, Bok Choy)
1/2 cup chicken stock
Yields: 4 servings
Preparation
Place a large pot of water over high heat to boil. When the water comes up to a bubble, add some salt and drop in the fettuccine. Cook the pasta to al dente according to package directions. Drain the cooked pasta and reserve.
Place a small skillet over medium heat with 1 turn of the pan of oil, about 1 tablespoon. Add the beaten eggs to the pan and scramble. When the eggs are done, reserve them in a bowl.
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat with 3 turns of the pan of oil, about 3 tablespoons. Season the pork with salt and pepper, add to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove the meat from the pan and reserve warm.
Add the scallions, ginger and garlic to the pan, and cook until aromatic and the scallions are tender, about 1 minute. Add the shiitakes to the pan and stir-fry until golden brown, 4-5 minutes.
Combine the hoisin and soy sauce together in a small bowl.
Add the cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until tender, about 5 minutes. When the cabbage is tender, add the reserved pork and scrambled eggs back to the pan along with the hoisin-soy mixture and the chicken stock. Stir-fry to fully heat through, about 1 minute, and then toss with the reserved cooked pasta. Cook to heat through and serve.
